Children’s Information
Contracts, payments, and routine communication for children are handled through a parent or legal guardian. Children should not contact Yoshiki through personal social-media accounts. Information about a child is kept to the minimum needed to provide the lesson.
Sharing and Service Providers
Information may be processed by services needed to operate the lessons, such as Cloudflare for website delivery, Google Forms and Google Drive for inquiry submission and response storage, Stripe or another payment provider, Zoom for video lessons, and the communication service selected by the parent. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy policy. Information is not sold.
Photos, Video, Reviews, and Recording
A child’s name, image, lesson screenshot, video clip, or review will not be published without specific, recorded permission from the parent or guardian. Permission may be withdrawn by contacting Yoshiki. The general lesson-recording policy is still awaiting owner confirmation and will be explained before any recording takes place.
Retention and Security
Reasonable organizational and technical steps are used to protect information. Information is kept only as long as needed for lessons, customer support, accounting, legal obligations, or dispute handling, then deleted or anonymized where practical.
Your Choices
You may ask what personal information is held about you or your child and request correction or deletion, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. Use the contact page. Identity may need to be confirmed before a request is completed.
Changes to This Policy
Material changes will be shown on this page with a revised update date.
Owner confirmation required before publication: Confirm the final data-retention periods, recording practice, and the complete list of third-party services used for scheduling, lessons, and payment.
